Ingredients

  • 2 cups peaches (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 coops protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup whole milk plain yogurt
  • ice to thicken

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. If using frozen peaches, you may need to add a little water to get the mixture blending. Add more or less ice to reach desired thickness.
