Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups peaches frozen
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt plain, non-fat
- 1 protein powder optional, unflavored or vanilla
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon honey use more if you like it sweeter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch nutmeg
- peach fresh slices for peach, toasted sliced for almond, for toppings
- granola
- almond
Instructions
- In a blender add all of the ingredients except the toppings and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with fresh peach slices, granola, and toasted almond slices.
Notes
- This smoothie bowl is best served immediately to prevent ingredient separation.
- Freeze the smoothie mixture in ice cube trays for up to two months; blend cubes with milk to prepare again.
