Peach Smoothie Bowl

This Peach Smoothie Bowl blends frozen peaches with Greek yogurt, milk, almond butter, and warming spices to create a thick, creamy base topped with fresh peach slices, granola, and toasted almonds. The texture is smooth yet hearty from the toppings, while the flavors balance sweet fruit with subtle spice and nuttiness. It’s a refreshing, nutrient-rich option for breakfast or a snack.

Description

The smoothie bowl mixes frozen peaches with milk and plain non-fat Greek yogurt to achieve creaminess and tang. Almond butter adds richness and protein, while cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract provide warm aromatic notes. Optional protein powder can boost nutrition without altering flavor noticeably. Honey sweetens the mixture to taste.

Once blended smooth, the smoothie is poured into a bowl and garnished with fresh sliced peaches, crunchy granola, and toasted almond slices, which add texture contrast and complementary nut flavors. The bowl delivers a balance of cold creaminess and fresh fruit brightness with a touch of spice.

The recipe advises consuming promptly as ingredients may separate over time. Freezing the mixture in ice cube trays extends storage up to two months; cubes can later be reblended with milk for a quick smoothie refresh.
