Ingredients

  • 2 cups steel cut oats
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon more to stir in after if desire
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup more to stir in after if desire
  • 3 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  1. In your Instant Pot, add in your steel cut oats, water, cinnamon, maple syrup, and frozen peaches. Stir.
  2. Set your pressure cooker to cook for 4 minutes and then let it natural release for 15 minutes.
  3. Unlock your lid and stir in coconut milk. Top off with additional cinnamon/fruit/maple syrup if desire

  • Depending on the size of your containers, this could portion up to 5 jars or 4 large containers.
