Ingredients
- 2 cups steel cut oats
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp cinnamon more to stir in after if desire
- 1/4 cup maple syrup more to stir in after if desire
- 3 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup coconut milk

Instructions
- In your Instant Pot, add in your steel cut oats, water, cinnamon, maple syrup, and frozen peaches. Stir.
- Set your pressure cooker to cook for 4 minutes and then let it natural release for 15 minutes.
- Unlock your lid and stir in coconut milk. Top off with additional cinnamon/fruit/maple syrup if desire
