Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk with honey
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup frozen peaches

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pulse until peaches are blended in well.
  3. Pour into a cup and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh peaches instead of frozen. Peel fresh peaches and cut into slices or chunks before adding to the smoothie. I like my smoothies really cold so if I'm using fresh fruit I will toss in a handful of ice cubes to make it cold.
  • For extra bulk, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder, chia seeds or flax seed.
  • Peaches are perfect in this smoothie but you can add bananas, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or pineapple chunks to your fruit for even more flavor.
  • I like to top my smoothie with a sprinkle of cinnamon. The hint of spice really brings out the flavor of the sweet peaches.
