Cup of Yum
Notes
- Use fresh peaches instead of frozen. Peel fresh peaches and cut into slices or chunks before adding to the smoothie. I like my smoothies really cold so if I'm using fresh fruit I will toss in a handful of ice cubes to make it cold.
- For extra bulk, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder, chia seeds or flax seed.
- Peaches are perfect in this smoothie but you can add bananas, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or pineapple chunks to your fruit for even more flavor.
- I like to top my smoothie with a sprinkle of cinnamon. The hint of spice really brings out the flavor of the sweet peaches.
