Ingredients
- 3/4 cup blueberries put your blueberries in the freezer!, frozen
- 3/4 cup strawberries fresh, sliced
- 3/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice, unsweetened vanilla
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 5 to 6 liquid stevia or sweetener of your choice, drops
- 1/4 cup ice
- 1 coop protein powder optional, unflavored
