  • 3/4 cup strawberries fresh, sliced
  • 3/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice, unsweetened vanilla

  • 5 to 6 liquid stevia or sweetener of your choice, drops
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1 coop protein powder optional, unflavored
