Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana large, frozen
  • 1-2 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 vanilla protein powder scoop
  • 3/4 cup almond milk or other milk, cold, unsweetened, vanilla
  • 2 baby spinach handfuls

  1. Add all ingredient into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie seems too thick you can add a splash more almond milk. Once the consistency is to your liking, pour into a glass and enjoy!
