Ingredients
- 2 ripe banana
- 1 cup milk any kind woks, low fat
- 1 cup Greek yogurt nonfat, vanilla
- 1 cup oats (old fashioned)
- ¼ cup peanut butter natural
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2-3 large ice or more to taste, scoops
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, add more ice.
