Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Recipe

This peanut butter banana smoothie is quick and easy to make, healthy, and super delicious. It tastes like a peanut butter milkshake but is made with only healthy ingredients and is perfect for breakfast on the go!

Ingredients

  • 2 2 frozen bananas see notes
  • 2 2 tablespoons peanut butter all-natural works best
  • ¼ - ½ ¼ - ½ cup water or milk of choice
  • 1 1 teaspoon ground flax seed

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients to your blender, starting with ¼ cup of water or milk.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If you want a thinner smoothie, add the remaining ¼ cup of water or milk and blend again. 

Notes

  • If you don't have frozen bananas, use fresh bananas and add a handful of ice. 
  • The drizzle you see on top of the smoothie in the picture is made by mixing peanut butter with some water.
