  • 1 cup water or almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder I used PB2 or 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 - 1 cup ice optional
