- 1 cup water or almond milk unsweetened
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder I used PB2 or 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 - 1 cup ice optional
