Peanut Butter Bon Bons
These Peanut Butter Bon Bons are SO addicting! A few simple ingredients and some melted chocolate turn any occassion into a decadent experience!

Ingredients
- 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- chocolate chips or candy melts for dipping
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker, powdered sugar and coconut together.
- Add butter, vanilla, and peanut butter and stir until completely combined. Roll or press mixture into 1-inch balls. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Dip each peanut butter ball in chocolate, either halfway or fully. Shake off any excess chocolate. Place on a prepared baking sheet or cookie sheet.
- Enjoy once chocolate is fully hardened.

Notes
- Nutrition facts do not include dipping chocolate.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container on the counter at room temperature or in the refrigerator. You can even freeze them. Place them on a baking sheet covered with wax paper or parchment paper and freeze for 1 hour. Then transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
- I love eating the peanut butter mixture by itself - its like cookie dough but with no risk of salmonella!
