Ingredients
- 8 bananas whole, frozen
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup peanuts crushed
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Get out and measure your ingredients.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place the bananas on the cookie sheet. If serving with wooden sticks or skewers shoved up the end to make holding easier, add them now otherwise continue on with the recipe.
- Using a knife, spread a layer of peanut butter on each banana. Leave one end of the banana uncovered.
- Sprinkle the crushed peanuts over the peanut butter layer.
- Microwave the chocolate chips on 30 second intervals until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Drizzle the chocolate over the bananas and place the cookie sheet in the freezer for at least one hour.
- Remove from freezer.
- Serve.

Notes
- Freeze your bananas first to prevent them from breaking apart as you spread on the peanut butter.
- If you don't have the desired amount of crushed peanuts adhering to your peanut butter, add more and give them a little press into the peanut butter.
