Peanut Butter Cup Protein Fluff
This peanut butter cup protein fluff is packed with 25 grams of protein and can be whipped up in just 5 minutes! It's light, fluffy and makes for the perfect high protein, low calorie treat.
Ingredients
- 1 coop whey protein powder chocolate
- ⅓ banana optional, frozen
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- ½ Tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 peanut butter cup chopped, optional, skinny dipped
Instructions
- Add protein powder, banana, ice, almond milk and peanut butter to your food processor.
- Process for 3-5 minutes until mixture is combined, ice is completely combined and mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Add chopped chopped peanut butter cup on top and enjoy immediately.
