Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Frosting

This simple, protein-packed peanut butter Greek yogurt frosting is made with nut butter and naturally sweetened with maple syrup. It's a great healthier frosting option to use on top of all your favorite treats.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter any nut or seed butter will work
  • 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Add ingredients to a bowl and use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip the frosting until combined and fluffy.
  2. Use as desired to frost cupcakes or cake. This recipe will yield enough to frost 24 cupcakes, a 13x9 cake or a 8-9 inch layered cake.
