Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Stir together brown sugar, corn syrup and butter in microwave safe bowl.
  2. Heat for 2-3 minutes until mixture boils.
  3. Add peanut butter and stir until blended.
  4. Add evaporated milk and stir until creamy.
  5. Pour over ice cream or desserts while warm.

Notes

  • Store the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 1 week.
