Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup walnuts crushed
  • 1/2 cup pecans crushed
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • pinch salt
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter creamy
  • ⅔ cup sugar-free maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Use a food processor to rough chop your walnuts and pecans.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and knead with hands until everything is well incorporated and the mixture is compact.
  3. Wet your hands with water or a light coating of oil and roll batter into balls, about 2 Tablespoons each.
  4. Store keto energy balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
