Peanut Butter Mug Cake

This peanut butter mug cake is easy and quick to make! It only has a few ingredients and tastes like a peanut butter cookie!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Left Field Farms Creamer Sweet and Creamy
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter candies

Instructions

  1. In a mug, add in the butter and peanut butter. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir.
  2. Add the brown sugar and stir until incorporated.
  3. Add the flour and stir until combined. The batter will be super thick.
  4. Add in the milk and vanilla extract. Stir until the batter is smooth. 
  5. Sprinkle the peanut butter candies on top of the batter.
  6. Place into the microwave for 2 minutes. If you need more time, start at 20 seconds. The more you microwave it, the dryer it will get.
  7. Grab and spoon and eat!
