Peanut Butter Pretzel Bars

Peanut Butter Pretzel Bars are an easy no-bake treat to whip up this holiday season! These bars are the perfect balance of salty and sweet. Top them with seasonal sprinkles for a festive touch!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups roughly chopped pretzels
  • 4 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

Instructions

  1. Cook corn syrup and sugar together in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter; mix well. Add pretzels and cereal; stir until evenly coated.
  2. Pour into greased 13x9-inch pan and pat into place.
  3. Melt chocolate and peanut butter chips together in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Spread over cereal. Top with sprinkles, if desired.
  4. Cool at least 45 minutes, or until firm. Cut into bars.

Notes

  • Almond butter or sunflower seed butter may be substituted for the peanut butter.
