Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free high protein milk such as Fairlife
  • 4 tablespoons powdered peanut butter such as PB2
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides such as Vital Proteins
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder such as UMP
  • 1-2 cups ice
  • Pinch of xanthan gum
