Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free high protein milk such as Fairlife
- 4 tablespoons powdered peanut butter such as PB2
- 2 scoops collagen peptides such as Vital Proteins
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder such as UMP
- 1-2 cups ice
- Pinch of xanthan gum
