Peanut Butter Toffee Dip

Sweet dips are always fun and a bit unexpected! Serve this with apples, graham crackers, or some Nilla Wafers.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup toffee chips Heath or Skor bits
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips optional
  • 1 tablespoon milk as needed, for texture

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat together the cream cheese and peanut butter until combined.
  2. Stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until well combined.
  3. Add the toffee chips and chocolate chips and stir until just combined.
  4. If the dip is too thick for your liking, add milk, a little at a time to get it to the consistency you prefer.
