Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic 
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1/2 cup water
  • chopped peanuts optional

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the chopped peanuts.
  2. Add chopped peanuts on top. If the sauce is too thick, thin with fresh lime juice, milk, or water.
