Peanut Sauce for Spring Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha optional, to taste
  • 1/3 cup warm water adjust as needed

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, and sriracha (if using).
  2. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  3. Gradually add warm water, one tablespoon at a time, until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
