Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts or almonds or walnuts would work as well
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt fat free used
- 1/2 pear ripe, cored
- 1 1/4- inch ginger fresh, sliced, peeled
- 1 cup arugula tightly packed
- 3 - 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth (about 1 minute). Enjoy immediately!
