Penne Arrabbiata
Penne Arrabbiata is an Italian pasta dish featuring penne coated in a spicy tomato sauce made from garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, tomato paste, and canned crushed tomatoes. The sauce simmers to develop bold flavors with a hint of heat balanced by a touch of sugar. Fresh basil and Parmesan cheese top the dish for aromatic and savory notes.

- 3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- penne pasta 16 ounce box
