Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 4 Tbsp flour
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 c. Velveeta white queso shredded
  • 2 c. Velveeta pepper jack shredded
  • 1/2 c. red peppers diced
  • 2 Tbsp jalapeños diced
  • 4 oz frozen spinach thawed & drained

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and milk to melted butter.
  2. Add white queso and pepper jack cheese. Melt over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add red peppers, jalapenos and spinach. Stir until mixed. Adjust the amount of jalapenos according to how hot you want the dip. The two tablespoons makes it quite spicy!
  4. Serve with chips or bread.
