Ingredients

  • 1 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 cups brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 2 eggs
  • 1 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 3 cups flour
  • 1 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¾ ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1½ 1½ cups peppermint chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º Fahrenheit.
  2. Cream butter then add sugars and mix until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Mix until well-combined.
  5. Add flour, salt, and baking soda to butter mixture.
  6. Mix well and then stir in peppermint chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop chocolate chip cookie dough onto a cookie sheet spacing well apart to allow room for the cookie to spread lightly.
  8. Bake for about 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
