Peppermint Crunch Ice Cream Pie
A delicious and easy recipe for anyone who loves chocolate and peppermint!

Ingredients
- 1 peppermint ice cream 1.5 quart package, softened slightly
- 1 Oreo cookie pie crust premade
- chocolate fudge ice cream topping for garnishing
- Whipped Cream Topping non-dairy or sweetened
- candy canes for garnishing, crushed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir ice cream until softened.
- Spoon ice cream into pie shell and spread evenly. Freeze 3 to 4 hours or until solid.
- To serve, let pie stand at room temperature about five minutes before slicing. Serve topped with fudge topping, whipped cream, and crushed candy canes.
- Makes about 6 to 8 servings.
