Peppermint Crunch Ice Cream Pie

A delicious and easy recipe for anyone who loves chocolate and peppermint!

Servings: 6 -8 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 peppermint ice cream 1.5 quart package, softened slightly
  • 1 Oreo cookie pie crust premade
  • chocolate fudge ice cream topping for garnishing
  • Whipped Cream Topping non-dairy or sweetened
  • candy canes for garnishing, crushed

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large bowl, stir ice cream until softened.
  2. Spoon ice cream into pie shell and spread evenly. Freeze 3 to 4 hours or until solid.
  3. To serve, let pie stand at room temperature about five minutes before slicing. Serve topped with fudge topping, whipped cream, and crushed candy canes.
  4. Makes about 6 to 8 servings.
