Ingredients

  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients to your food processor.
  2. Blend together. Scrape down the sides of the processor bowl occasionally to ensure all the dip is consistent. Continue blending until all the peppers have been blended smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce into a jar or a serving bowl.
