  1. Arrange eggs in the steamer basket of an Instant Pot. Pour in the water, seal the lid onto the Instant Pot and set the pressure according to how you prefer your eggs.

  1. Set the time for 3 minutes on High Pressure. Quick release the remaining pressure by carefully placing a towel over the pressure release vent until all of the pressure has released. Remove the lid of the Instant Pot, run cool water over your eggs and then plunge the eggs into a bowl of ice water. Peel immediately.

  1. Set the time for 5 minutes on High Pressure. Allow the pressure to release for 5 minutes and then quick release the remaining pressure by carefully placing a towel over the pressure release vent until all of the pressure has released. Remove the lid of the Instant Pot, run cool water over your eggs and then plunge the eggs into a bowl of ice water. Peel immediately.

Notes

  • Store eggs in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to one week.
