Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup good quality feta cheese
  • ½ tbsp butter
  • pinch of pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs with feta cheese and a pinch of pepper.
  2. Heat up a non-stick skillet on a medium-high heat and melt the butter. Pour in the eggs cook, stirring continuously until well done.
  3. You may garnish it with some fresh tomato, avocado, roasted pepper or with a little extra feta and fresh thyme leaves. Enjoy!
