- 3 tablespoons parsley chopped
- 1 butter unsalted, stick
- salt crushed red pepper flakes, and pepper to taste, coarse

- Pour the shrimp, stir, and cook it for 60 to 90 seconds.
- Next, add the white wine and cook for 60 to 90 seconds.
- Finish by stirring in the lemon juice, parsley, butter, sea salt, crushed red pepper flakes, and pepper until combined.
- Serve with crusty bread or toss with cooked al dente pasta.
Notes
- Enjoy this shrimp scampi immediately after cooking to keep shrimp tender and prevent them from becoming chewy.
- Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months; thaw overnight before reheating gently in a pan.
- Use the shrimp count to estimate portioning, aiming for 4-6 ounces per person.
- To vary the flavor, add fresh herbs such as basil, oregano, chives, or thyme.
- If you prefer not to use white wine, substitute with chicken stock for a similar depth of flavor.
- Cook shrimp until they form a loose C-shape; a tight, firm curl indicates overcooking.
