  • 1 large pkg dry onion soup mix
  • ¼ cup onion or scallions, diced
  • ¼ cup garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broth, chicken or vegetable
  • ¾ cup dry red wine
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Wash, dry and trim your pork tenderloins. Sprinkle dry soup mix on a plate and coat each pork tenderloin in soup mix. Use 1 large or 2 small packages. It is up to you! We use one small package of soup mix per tenderloin or 1 large divided evenly between both tenderloins. Place in slow cooker. In a medium sized bowl combine broth, wine, soy sauce, garlic and onions or scallions. Pour over top of the tenderloins. Adjust the pork to coat. Carefully spoon garlic and onions or scallions over the pork, leaving as much on top while cooking as possible. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. Serve with juices if desired. Enjoy!
