Philadelphia Roll
The Philadelphia Roll is a type of sushi roll featuring sushi rice wrapped in nori seaweed, filled with cream cheese, smoked salmon, and cucumber strips. The roll is carefully prepared by spreading cooled sushi rice over nori, layering the fillings centrally, and rolling tightly using a bamboo mat. The result is a neatly sliced roll with a balance of creamy, smoky, and crisp textures, commonly enjoyed as part of sushi meals.
