Pickle Bloody Mary

A briney, tangy, salty brunch cocktail. This Pickle Bloody Mary has so much flavor and arguably much better than one you could order at a restaurant. It's got the classic ingredients like tomato juice, horseradish, and vodka, but takes on a tasty twist with the addition of pickle juice.

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large pitcher, add tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, cracked pepper, hot sauce, lime juice and pickle juice. Whisk together.
  2. If time allows, refrigerate mixture for a few hours to marinate all of the flavors.

Notes

  • To achieve the best, crispy bacon, bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until crispy!
  • To achieve the best, crispy bacon, bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until crispy!
  • Use more or less vodka depending on desired strength. With the concentrated flavor of the tomato juice and pickle juice, more vodka (up to 2 cups) is not overpowering.
