Pickle Infused Vodka
Description
This Pickle Infused Vodka recipe uses a ratio of three parts vodka to one part kosher dill pickle juice, along with a whole pickle spear and some of the vegetables from the pickle jar for added flavor. The infusion process involves sealing these ingredients together in a jar and letting them rest in a cool, dark location or refrigerator for approximately three days. This method gently imparts the briny, tangy notes of the dill pickles into the vodka, resulting in a flavored spirit that can be served chilled or used as a base for cocktails that benefit from a savory, pickle-inspired twist.
