Ingredients
- 500 g pig tripe
- 1 hort piece ginger sliced
- 5 red dates
- 15-20 goji
- 1.5 L water
Seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
Ingredients for blanching pig tripe
- 1 hort piece ginger sliced
- 1 tbsp. Chinese cooking wine
Ingredients for cleaning pig tripe
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 50 ml water
- 2 tbsp. salt
Seasonings for dipping sauce
- 1 tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. Chili oil
Instructions
Cooking method:
- Wash the pig tripe with the cleaning ingredients
- Cut the chicken meat, put the chicken meat and pig tripe into the pot with cold water, put the sliced ginger and Chinese cooking wine in the pot and blanch
- l Take the pig tripe out, wash it cleanly and cut it into large pieces(the sliced ginger should be discarded)
- l Heat the oil, add the sliced ginger, then add the pig tripe and white pepper and stir-fry them. Add the boiled water, red dates and goji and boil for 3minutes under high heat.
- l Pour the above soup into the pressure cooker, add chicken meat, cook for 10minutes, season with salt.
Tips:
- If the soup is not thick enough after being cooked in the pressure cooker, you can boil the soup under high heat for 10minutes additionally.
