Ingredients

  • 500 g pig tripe
  • 1 hort piece ginger sliced
  • 5 red dates
  • 15-20 Goji berries
  • 1.5 L water
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
Ingredients for blanching pig tripe
  • 1 hort piece ginger sliced
  • 1 tbsp. Chinese cooking wine
Ingredients for cleaning pig tripe
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 50 ml water
  • 2 tbsp. salt
Seasonings for dipping sauce
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce light
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. Chili oil

Instructions

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the pig tripe with the cleaning ingredients
  2. Cut the chicken meat, put the chicken meat and pig tripe into the pot with cold water, put the sliced ginger and Chinese cooking wine in the pot and blanch
  3. l Take the pig tripe out, wash it cleanly and cut it into large pieces(the sliced ginger should be discarded)
  4. l Heat the oil, add the sliced ginger, then add the pig tripe and white pepper and stir-fry them. Add the boiled water, red dates and goji and boil for 3minutes under high heat.
  5. l Pour the above soup into the pressure cooker, add chicken meat, cook for 10minutes, season with salt.
Tips:
  1. If the soup is not thick enough after being cooked in the pressure cooker, you can boil the soup under high heat for 10minutes additionally.
