Pimento Cheese Dip

This homemade Pimento Cheese Dip only takes 5 minutes to whip up and is delicious as a dip with crackers or a spread for sandwiches, burgers and grilled cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces cream cheese , softened
  • 3 Tablespoons chopped pimentos , from a jar
  • 2 Tablespoons onion , grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Crackers and cold veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix: Use a hand mixer or food processor to mix all ingredients until well combined, and almost smooth.
  2. Serve cold with crackers, vegetables, or spread on a sandwich or burger.
  3. Or Serve Hot: For hot pimento cheese dip, spread pimento cheese into a small baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until hot.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
