Pimento Cheese Spread

A popular southern dish, this EASY Pimento Cheese recipe is made with only 6 ingredients and tastes great spread onto crackers or in a grilled cheese!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese , shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese , softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup pimento peppers , drained and dried, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse it several times until a pale pink and fully combined but still chunky.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • Do I need to use a food processor? You don't have to, but it is the best way to achieve the correct texture.
