Pimento Pasta Salad

This pimento pasta salad features tender elbow macaroni combined with sharp cheddar cheese and drained pimento peppers for a mildly tangy, creamy side dish. Mayonnaise binds the ingredients while a touch of cayenne and kosher salt add mild heat and seasoning. The salad is chilled before serving to meld the flavors and create a cool, satisfying complement to main dishes.
