Ingredients

  • 2 oz. white rum from Puerto Rico
  • 1 oz. coconut cream
  • 1 oz. heavy cream , optional
  • ¾ cup fresh homemade pineapple juice
  • crushed ice , about 5 oz. / 150g
For the decor
  • 1 lice pineapple
  • 1 maraschino cherry
Equipment
  • blender
  • Poco grande glass (or hurricane glass)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pour all the ingredients and the crushed ice into the bowl of a blender.
  2. Blend for about 15 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a hurricane glass.
  4. Decorate with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
  5. Serve immediately.
