This protein-packed tropical smoothie recipe is made with juicy pineapple, creamy coconut milk and ripe banana.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple diced
- 1 ripe banana
- ⅔ cup coconut milk full fat, full-fat
- ⅓ cup protein & fiber nutritional booster Bob’s Red Mill brand
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ice to thicken
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and puree until smooth before serving.
