Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 ripe banana
  • cup coconut milk full fat, full-fat
  • cup protein & fiber nutritional booster Bob’s Red Mill brand
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ice to thicken

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and puree until smooth before serving.
