  • 3 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • ½ cup milk (or almond milk)
  • ½ cup shredded sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon honey

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered.
  2. Blend until all the ingredients and combined and smooth. 
  3. Top with extra coconut flakes and/or pineapple chunks.
