Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple (70g)
  • 1/2 medium frozen banana (60g)
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt (60g)
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (30g)
  • 2 Tbsp coconut cream (30g)
Topping:
  • 2 Tbsp granola (15g) I used purely elizabeth
  • 1 Tbsp sweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and add any sweetener if needed (I like using a few drops of liquid stevia). Add more coconut cream or milk to make it thinner; add more frozen fruit to make it thicker.
  3. Top with granola and coconut flakes plus anything else that sounds good and enjoy!

Notes

  • Tips- frozen fruit works best for this recipe to keep the smoothie thick without adding ice. Whenever you have ripe bananas, slice and freeze for this recipe!
