Pineapple and Coriander Salsa

Pineapple and Coriander Salsa combines finely diced pineapple, purple onion, red bell pepper, mint, and coriander to create a refreshing topping or side. The salsa balances sweetness from the pineapple with fresh herbs and a hint of spice from black pepper, enhanced by a touch of olive oil. This preparation offers a bright, juicy texture that complements grilled meats or fish, and the seasoning can be adjusted with brown sugar if the pineapple lacks sweetness.
