Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup monk fruit
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 16- ounce coleslaw mix

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, monk fruit, kosher salt, and dry mustard.
  2. Place coleslaw in a large mixing bowl.
