- 1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks save two for garnishes
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1/3 cup ice
- 6 ounces rum
- 12 ounces pineapple juice

Instructions
- Muddle the pineapple chunks in your shaker with the sugar and lime juice.
- Add the ice, rum, and pineapple juice. Cover with the lid and shake vigorously, until the shaker is frosty cold, about 30 seconds.
- Add ice to tall glasses and pour your cocktail in. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaves.
