Ingredients
Salad:
- 1 pineapple cut into 1-inch chunks, ripe
- 1 English cucumber seeded and cut into half moon pieces
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeño seeds removed and diced
- 1 avocado diced
- 1/2 cup radish thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries fresh
- 1 red bell pepper seeds removed and diced
